DataWax Delivery and Shipping Policy
DATAWAX'S DELIVERY PLEDGE
We always do our very best to deliver the items to you as quickly as possible. We do have to consider the safety of our staff and those of the shipping companies we use. Adverse weather conditions or holiday period's may delay an order.
However DataWax promise to get your item out to you as quickly as we possibly can.
DISPATCH AND SHIPPING - UK
Orders (less than 5kg) made before 12:00 midday are generally sent by Royal Mail and posted the following morning.
Heavy orders (more than 5kg) are dispatched by courier the following day.
Our standard shipping service is by Royal Mail second class. This is an untracked service which is estimated to take 2-3 working days.
Courier shipping is by UPS (tracked service)
International shipping is available- for an accurate quotation please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We always advise a tracked service as we cannot be liable for any missing items that are untracked.
SHIPPING - STOCK INFORMATION
All items on the website are in stock unless stated otherwise. In the unlikely event an item going out of stock, DataWax staff will contact the customer to inform them of this and inform the customer of the timeline for us to fulfil the order, or offer a suitable alternative or to offer a refund.
FOR YOUR SECURITY
We may undertake additional security checks before shipping goods to you. This is to avoid fraud and is for your protection. We thank you for your understanding.
DataWax wish you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please feel free to return your goods within 28 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
Any item can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned unused and in its original packaging and with a copy of or the original invoice or order. We that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid copy of the original receipt or order.
We will process any refund using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
PayPal refunds normally take around 5 working days. This time is controlled by PayPal.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE BY POST FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
1). If you require any advice before returning your item for exchange or refund please contact us and we will do our very best to assist you.
2). It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely, so we suggest using registered post. If the item is being returned for refund or exchange, it must be in a saleable condition in the original packaging.
